Check the packaging, folding method of clothing, labeling, style, fabric, and accessories. Check the quality of the plastic bags, the logos and warning messages printed on the bags, the stickers on the bags, and whether the folding method of the clothing meets the customer's requirements. Check whether the content, quality, and position of the main label, size label, washing label, and hanging label are correct and meet the requirements on the data. Check if the bulk style is consistent with the original, and if there are any areas in the data that need improvement in the bulk. At the same time, check whether the quality and color of the fabric, lining, buttons, rivets, zippers, etc. on the clothing are consistent with the original sample and meet the customer's requirements. The method of checking styles is in the order of top to bottom, left to right, front to back, and outside to inside to prevent any omission of a certain part.
Check the workmanship. After inspecting the outer packaging, factory personnel can be requested to assist in removing the plastic bags to facilitate self inspection of the workmanship. Firstly, the clothes should be spread flat on the table and the overall appearance should be examined, such as the height of the access control, the height and skewness of the pockets, color differences between the left and right sides, uneven sleeves, bent hems, twisted inner and outer seams, and poor ironing. Then carefully inspect the workmanship of each part, such as fabric defects, holes, stains, oil stains, broken lines, pleats, creases, bent stitching, dents, double track stitching, throwing stitching, pinholes, seam flipping, inner fabric too long or too short, missing or misplaced buttons and rivets, bottom access control leakage, thread ends, etc. The inspection of workmanship is generally carried out in the order of top to bottom, left to right, front to back, and outside to inside, requiring hand to eye to heart inspection. When inspecting, special attention should be paid to the symmetry of the clothing, such as the height of the pockets, seams, and access control, the size of the cuffs, the length of the pants legs, and the length of the slit. Check the markings on each piece of clothing to ensure that the main label, size label, washing label, and tag are consistent and correct.
For accessories such as zippers, buttons, rivets, and buckles, it is necessary to check whether the zipper can open and close smoothly, whether the self-locking of the zipper is intact, whether the buttons and rivets are firm and have no sharp points, and whether the buckle can open and close normally. At the same time, 10-13 pieces of clothing need to be selected for functional testing of zippers, buttons, buckles, etc., that is, opening and closing ten times. If any problems are found, the number of functional checks is required to determine whether there is really a problem.
When checking the workmanship, pay attention to pulling the seams, including the inner and outer seams of the pants, the front and back wave seams, the side seams, sleeve seams, shoulder seams, the seams of the lining and top fabric, and the seams on the lining fabric. Check the seams. Firstly, check for broken wires or bursting seams. Secondly, check for color differences on the inner fabric on both sides of the seam. Thirdly, check for a firm tear resistance of the inner fabric.
